What is the price of shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10
Express shipping is a flat rate of $15
Please note bulkier items such as kids furniture, vases and some homewares may incur a higher rate of shipping and will be calculated at checkout.
How does free shipping work?
We offer free shipping on orders over $99
This means the items in your cart must come to the value of $99 or more (after discounts/vouchers have been applied) and free shipping will then be automatically applied. BOHO kids is excluded from the free shipping as they are sent directly from manufacturer.
How long until my item/s are dispatched?
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be dispatched
Please allow 2-3 weeks for handmade/personalised items, if you do need this sooner please contact us prior to purchasing.
Please note during sale or peak seasons our turn around times may increase.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times will vary depending on your location from Melbourne. You can find more information on our shipping page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If your order is incorrect or damaged please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please take a photo of the packaging so we can make a claim through Australia Post if required and we will organise a replacement.
For change of mind purchases you have 30 days from date of purchase to make a return to be eligible for a credit note. Please see further details on what is required on the refund page.
What happens if my order is damaged?

Can I create my own gift box?
Yes, please contact us at hello@mareeannco.com.au with the items you would like to include and we can put together a manual invoice for you.

Is your packaging ECO friendly?
The environment is extremely important to us so that is why where possible we use bio degradable and compostable packaging. Our mailer bags, boxes, hex wrap, paper stickers, tissue paper, wood wool to fill boxes and marketing materials are all sustainably sourced and eco friendly.
